What's the difference between Standard and Full Membership?

As a Standard member, you can add your profile and photographs to the site completely FREE and you may search our database of singles completely FREE. When you decide you want to contact another site member, or read or reply to another member's message, you need to upgrade to Full Membership. As a Full member, you will then be able to send unlimited, personal messages to as many other members as you like, and you also have use of the chatroom.

To cancel your subscription:
  • Open the Profile drop-down menu and click on the “Account” where you can edit your account settings.
  • Press the view link in “Billing History” section to get to the page where you can stop your repeat billing.
  • Click on the “Cancel repeat billing” link.

  • Enter your password, confirm that you want to cancel your subscription, choose the reason for cancellation and call our operator on 1-800-481-3117, 24/7.

    How do I search for other people?

    There are many ways to search for people on

    If you are looking for people who meet certain criteria, you will get the best results by using our Full Search. This allows specific search information to be entered.

    A Standard Search lets you search using less criteria. You can then decide whether you want to see all matching results for your search or just those with photos.

    You can also search by using:

    Newest Members, Recently Active, Recently updated, Profession Search and Keyword Search (if you know the members profile number for example).

    How do I contact other members?

    Once you have located a member through either a search or from the My Profile page (when someone has viewed your profile), click on their photo and select View Profile. There are then two different ways that you can contact someone through the site.

    (1) "Do Something"

    This is a predefined fun message, a bit like an ice-breaker:

    Say Hello - Smile - Wink - Flirt - Hug - Kiss - Give Flowers - Give Chocolates

    Any Member type can send these messages. The message is sent straight to the member, with a link to your profile on the site. They can then see what you have said about yourself and decide if they want to get in touch with you.

    (2) Send a Personal Message

    To send a personal message, you need to be a Full member. The person who you send it to, doesn't have to be - but they will need to be a Full member to read it or reply to you.

    Just click the button "Send a Message" - type your message in the blank box and click Send. If the member has opted in to receive them, a message is also sent to their personal email address from us alerting them to check the message on the site.

    A Guide to completing your profile

    Your profile will be approved by one of our moderators before it is shown on the site. We aim to view all profiles within a maximum of 2 working days of submission. To help everyone and to prevent you wasting your time, your profile must be written within the bounds of the Terms and Conditions of our site. The sooner it is uploaded, the sooner you can begin to see results.

    Profiles will not be accepted if they contain any of the following:

    (a) Any personal contact information including; email address, your full name, home address, any telephone numbers, or any other information which may permit other persons to contact you outside of the security of the site.

    (b) An incomplete or illegible profile or message

    c) Any swearing, offensive or explicitly sexual language or sexual innuendo or aggressive or abusive language

    (d) Anything that is contrary to racial or gender legislation

    (e) Any kind of promotion of another website, commercial or personal, or any event/meeting place.

    How do I change my profile?

    Click on the My Profile link on the top of the page, and then select My Profile from the drop down box.

    Amendments to your profile or photographs will need to be moderated by the team. We view all profiles as quickly as possible, but generally within a maximum of 2 working days.

    Is my Email Address secure?

    Yes. Your email address is not made available to anyone on the site. You should ensure that nay information you place on the site does not contain your email address as this could be used by others to send unsolicited emails.

    How do I change my Email Address?

    Go to My Profile, and then select My account from the drop down box. Click edit and then change your email address. Then press update to store the new information. PLEASE take care with your spelling.

    How to stop our Emails going to your "bulk" or "spam" folders

    Increasingly, ISP's are using filtering systems to try and keep Spam out of customers' inboxes. Sometimes, they accidentally filter the email that you want to receive.

    To make sure that our emails and support emails are not filtered into your junk or bulk folders, please add us to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:

    Hotmail: Place the domain in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the Options link next to the main menu tabs

    AOL: Place the domain in your address book

    Yahoo!: If one of our emails is filtered to your bulk folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

    Other providers: If one of your emails is being filtered, try adding, or our newsletters "From" or "Reply to" address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your inbox, or forwarding the message to yourself.

    If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or email your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all email from Follow their instructions for white listing

    How do I change my password?

    Click on My Profile, and then select My account from the drop down box. Click on the edit button next to your password. You will need to enter your old password and your new one. Confirm it again, and then press update to store it.

    I have not received or have lost my Authentication Email

    Check this has not been sent to your spam box by your email provider - remember to add us to your address book for future use. On the home page, click here to login. Click Lost Password, enter your email address, then a password reminder will be sent to you.

    How can I pay without a Credit or Debit Card? I don't want to use Paypal either.

    How do I upload my photo?

    You have two options:

    From your PC:

    You need to have a photo saved on your computer. Click on the grey box on the top left hand side. Click and choose photos, then click on the right hand side - upload a photo from your pc. Browse and select the one you wish to upload.

    This will then send the photo for us to view. Once approved, we will release it as part of your album or as suitable for your main profile picture.

    Your profile picture needs to be just of you, and a clear head and shoulder shot, and in portrait. Photos for your album may be of you and anyone else. You can upload as many photos as you wish, providing it does not break the usual terms and conditions.

    From your mobile phone by MMS:

    Click on the grey box on the top left hand side. Click and choose photos, then click on the right hand side - Add a photo from your mobile phone. Add your mobile number and then press update. Then follow the instructions on the box below that.

    Why has my photo not been released or rejected?

    Please allow up to a maximum of 2 working days for your photo to be released. If it still not there, then we may have refused the photo to be released onto the site.

    All photographs added to the site are moderated by one of our team and will not be released for any or all of the following reasons:

    1) The photo is sexually explicit, suggestive or shows inappropriate nudity. This does not preclude what might be described as "evening wear" for instance.

    2) Has any contact details on the photo, or in the background

    3) If the photograph is blurred or taken at such an angle that it does not clearly show the subjects face.

    If a photo is rejected completely, an email will be sent with the reasons why.

    Thank you for your co-operation in the matter. Please do not waste any of your time trying to upload any of the above.

    How to clear your cache and cookies

    To clear your cache and cookies, follow the instructions below for your type of computer and browser.

    PC Users

    Firefox: Select Tools from the menu and then Clear Private Data. Tick the Cache and the Cookies option and then the Clear Private Data button.

    Internet Explorer: Select Tools and then Internet Options Choose the General Tab. On the Temporary Internet Files section of the screen use the Delete Files button to delete your cache and cookies.

    Chrome: Select Tools (the wrench in the upper-right corner) and click Clear browsing data. Check Empty the Cache and Clear Cookies options and then press the Clear Browsing Data button.

    Apple Macintosh Users

    Firefox: Select Tools from the menu and then Clear Private Data. Tick the Cache and the Cookies option and then the Clear Private Data button.

    Safari: Click Safari and choose Reset Safari. Select only the Clear Cache and Remove Cookies options and click the Reset button.
